Motorola released a new smartphone today in India under the Android One campaign; Motorola One Power. The smartphone comes with a new notch display design and is powered. The Android One smartphone is the first Motorola phone offering to feature a notch-based screen. The phone also boasts a metallic build with a dual camera module at the back.
Build and Display
Motorola One Power comes with 6.2 inch (17.5cm) 19:9 Max Vision Full HD+ display. The phone fits perfectly in hands but it weighs 199 grams which makes the device a bit heavy. The Motorola One Power looks similar to Motorola One from the front. There’s a notch on the top, a chin at the bottom, and not-so narrow borders on the sides. The glass back has been ditched for plastic or polycarbonate, which makes it easier to keep clean but lacks the premium feel of the Motorola One. The phone is available only in black colour.
The phone powers with the Dual camera set up at the back which packs with 16MP + 5MP. In the front, it has a 12MP camera for selfies and video chat.
Motorola One Power Performance
The Moto One Power comes with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 636 processor clocked at a frequency range of 1.8GHz paired with Adreno 509 GPU. The smartphone comes with 4GB RAM built in with 64GB internal memory which is expandable via micro SD card. The key highlight of the phone is it’s 5000 mAh battery, Motorola One Power packs with Turbo Power charging which can charge your phone very quickly. This should ensure fast charging speeds as Motorola claims “6 hours of charge in just 15 minutes”.
The motorola one family will also be among the first to upgrade to Android 9 Pie (Android P) in a few weeks, The company claimed.
For Connectivity options, it includes Bluetooth 5.0, USB-C, 3.5mm audio jack, rear-mounted fingerprint scanner, Turbo Charge fast charging technology, FM Radio, P2i Liquid Repellant body, etc

The device is priced at ₹15,999 and it will be available on both online and offline platforms i.e. Flipkart and Moto Hubs. Motorola One Power will be available to buy from October 5th, 2018.
