Russia has made a brand new, three-tiered, multibillion-dollar war control center like it appears in Spy movies.
What the actual scenario is?
The war center is at the top of a maze of underground tunnels, which is situated on the left bank of the Moscow river, a little over two miles from Red Square. The fortified war center was Putin’s first stop after officials confirmed that the Russian charter jet crash that claimed 224 lives last month. This war center has movie-theater-size screens which show live broadcasts of the long-range strategic bombers taking off from Russian air bases to fly sorties over Syria. Over the screen Putin can be seen instructing commanders in Syria to make contact with the French and work with them as allies.
The building is roughly the equivalent of the U.S. National Military Command Center used by the Pentagon.
