How to Disable Gravatars in WordPress

WordPress have an awesome feature of Displaying Avatar for Commentator and Writer. Avatar provides an identity for all users of that website so sometimes it show same avatar for writer and commentator both. Sometime Admin of website don’t  like to show Avatar to anyone so in wordpress there is many option like you can enable or disable to showing gravatar for everyone . So today in this article you will learn About How to Disable Gravatars in WordPress.

So let’s start, First of all you have to login in your WordPress website dashboard then go to Settings >> then there will be many option will show you but you have to choose ‘Discussion’

Now scroll this page and come on Avatar section as shown in below picture-

So Now here you have to uncheck the box “Show Avatars”  option because this is main place from where avatars shows or disable for readers and author.

And now click on ‘Save’ button because it will make changes after giving your command to save changes button.

Now you are done! Your Avatars are disabled from your WordPress website. Actually this is only simple method if you wants to disable your Avatar from your website/blog. Now see come on the dashboard again and check in right corner from where you always goes to logout your account from there it has been disabled to show Avatars for you also.

WordPress platform is famous and popularly known as Easiest platform for blogging or running any website because here are mostly works are easy like if you wants to disable avatar from your website then you can disable it by only single click but from other website like self hosted blog/website there you have to read script of website and have to do lot of work on platform.
