A shocking report has been revealed by the African Union commission of Inquiry which says that during the civil war of South Sudan, that has gripped the country for nearly over two years witnesses horrific crimes against civilians like rape, loot and forced cannibalism, where people were forced to eat each other’s flesh.
What the issue is?
South Sudan has been in the grip of a barbaric two-year ethnic war marked by gang rapes and the use of child soldiers. The widespread violence has killed thousands of people. It split the country between two ethnic communities. First one is the Dinka, which is led by the government and the second one is the Neur, which is led by the rebels.
Recently a mass grave has been discovered in South Sudan which corroborates the fact of extreme atrocities like murder, rape, sexual violence, torture and other inhumane acts. Among the most shocking acts of extreme cruelty that has come into light is forcing to jump into the fire, eating the human flesh and draining human blood from people who had just been killed.
According to this report, these atrocities may have been pre-planned by both government fighters and rebels.
