20-year-old law student Saima Ahmad is threatening to sue Nestle unless they give her a lifetime supply of Kit Kats and an apology.
In December, Ahmad bought a multipack of Kit Kats for which contained a total of eight bars. When she went to munch on one of the candy aisle delicacies, she noticed that something was off. Instead of being delighted by crisp wafers covered in chocolate she got only a hunk of chocolate and all eight bars were like this. She wrote a strongly-worded letter to manufacturer Nestle explaining her disappointment and even quoted case law from the 1930s to back up her case.
According to Ahmad she is a huge fan of Kit Kats and wants to ensure that the brand maintains its quality.
