The performance of BJP led National Democratic Alliance (NDA) government has been rated above average in a recent poll conducted by ABP News-Nielsen.
The opinion poll concludes that if the Lok Sabha elections were to be held tomorrow, NDA is likely to get 38 percent vote share, which will give it 301 seats as against 339 seats in May 2014 polls. 46 percent of the respondents rated the government as very good or good. While PM Modi got a rating of very good or good from 54 percent of those polled. Other hand UPA is likely to get a vote share of 28 percent, which will give it 108 seats compared to 62 seats in the previous elections.
The survey conducted to understand the mood of the nation reflects that around 47 percent of respondents believe that PM Modi’s popularity is decreasing day by day.
